Guest Chefs: Earth Week

UW-W Dining Services has chosen three campus leaders to be Guest Chefs at Esker during Earth Week. All three have shown great concern and commitment to sustainability! Read more about the Guest Chefs below:

Amanda Krier-Jenkins will be the Guest Chef on Monday, April 18. Here's her short bio:
  • Position at UW-W: Assistant Director--Community Development
  • How many years at UW-W: 3
  • Hometown: Homer Glen, IL
  • Undergrad: Augustana College
  • Favorite Foods: Healthier option, but a sucker for a good pizza!
  • Favorite Music: Country, oldies and rock
  • Family: Husband Jon, wonderdog Rouge and 20lb cat Griffey
Dr. Eric Compas will be the Guest Chef on Tuesday, April 19. Here's his short bio: 
  • Position at UW-W: Assistant Professor of geology and geography
  • How many years at UW-W: 3.5
  • Hometown: St. Louis, MO
  • Undergrad: University of Missouri-Columbia
  • Favorite Foods: Pizza, pizza and more pizza
  • Favorite Music: Quirk Alternative
  • Family: Two kids--Tom, 14 and Anna, 11 
Wesley Enterline will be the Guest Chef on Wednesday, April 20. Here's his short bio:

  • Undergrad: University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
  • Favorite Foods: Chocolate and peanut butter
