Winter Break Hours of Service

We are getting excited for the holidays, and we hope you are too! Winter Break hours of service for campus dining locations have been posted, and we would like to share them with you. Drumlin, P. Street and Esker will all close on Tuesday, Dec. 20. But the locations in the University Center will remain open until Thursday, Dec. 22. Please check out the hours of service for Winter Break below!

P.S. Uno due Go will be serving FREE soda & coffee for finals on Thursday, Dec. 15 & Friday, Dec. 16 :)

Best Thing I Ever Ate: Meal!

What's the best thing you ever ate? Was it 'Laughing Bird Shrimp' or 'The Rusty'?

Esker Dining Hall will be holding a 'BEST THING I EVER ATE' meal, starring:

• Executive Chef, Kerry Doll
• Catering Chef, Sean Applewhite
• Esker Director, Jon Gordon
• Esker Supervisor, Nicole Kejo

These fabulous chefs will be preparing the best thing they ever ate for YOU! From deep fried Snickers Bars to Beef Tournedos, this is an event you won't want to miss!

The menu in full is listed below:

• Beef Tournedos
• Graham Cracker Pie
• The Rusty
• Deep Fried Snickers Bars
• Laughing Bird Shrimp
• Fried Oyster Po-Boy
• Pesto Feta and Spinach Pizza
• Chili's Chips and Dip

We are now taking reservations for this special event at Esker Dining Hall. Please email Jon Gordon at gordonj@uww.edu to sign up. Students will pay their normal meal to come down and eat the night of this event.
