January is national ______ month?

The correct answer is...soup, oatmeal and hot tea. ALL OF THEM! But there isn't a better time of year to celebrate hot, delicious soup, oatmeal and of course, hot tea. January may mean that classes are back in session, but at least you have the essentials to get you through it! Not only will these foods and drinks get you through those tough classes, but they will also provide balance. January's BALANCED U program will focus on reducing stress and feeling good.
