- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate:
- Toxins cause infections, can lead to cancer, and dull the surfaces of your body. Water can help flush those toxins out of your body, and help you look great!
- Get 5-9 daily:
- Eat MORE fruit and veggies! This factor cannot be stressed enough. Fruits and veggies provide a wide variety of health benefits, both short and long term.
